Spent Christmas at a historical hotel located in a picturesque and peaceful area with riverside walks and bike rides. The building is impressively restored with a cozy atmosphere. The hotel also boasts of an excellent wine district where I enjoyed some tastings. The staff was commendable, very friendly and ensured that they accommodated my dietary needs at the restaurant.
While the room was spacious and the free parking was an added advantage, cleanliness was a bit of a letdown. There were a few items in the room that were not ours, and this indicated that the room may have not been thoroughly cleaned before our stay.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, especially at sunset. the location in the wine district was also a plus, with good opportunities for tasting and purchasing local wine. the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient.
The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, as we found two baby pacifiers on the floor that were not ours. the hotel was difficult to navigate due to the old factory-style building design, with many stairs and uphill walking required to reach the rooms.

Nestled in the middle of a renowned district for wine lovers and tranquil seekers, this hotel boasts scenic views of sunsets over vineyards, a peaceful river, and opportunities for walks and bike rides. the decent view couldn't compensate for the substandard room, which was messy and poorly cleaned, had stained bedsheets, and a faulty bathroom fan. the breakfast was a bit on the pricey side, and the staff was unresponsive to the guest's needs.
The room cleaning and staff service require significant improvement.

We loved the spacious and cozy rooms, free parking, and the peaceful location next to the beautiful vineyards. The hotel's facilities, including a beer garden and playground for kids, added to our delightful experience. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our dietary restrictions. this was a perfect stop-over for us on our journey.
